The Arkansas Pet Savers

The Arkansas Pet Savers (TAPS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue. We are a foster-based organization; therefore, we do not have a facility. All dogs rescued are housed in local volunteer foster homes until an adopter or rescue commitment is found. TAPS is 100 percent volunteer-based and relies on donations to help feed, house, and provide medical attention to all rescued animals.
